Von Batten-Montague-York L.C. warned on its official X account that it may brief former President Donald Trump and the US Congress on Nigeria’s political climate. The statement labelled the government’s actions as resembling a single-party dictatorship. The allegations coincide with protests over the prolonged detention of former Kaduna Governor Nasir El-Rufai. Supporters say he has been held for more than 90 days despite meeting bail conditions and faces separate corruption charges, while security agencies deny him full legal rights and medical care.
