Plateau Governor Mutfwang Clinches APC Nomination for 2027

Gov Caleb Mutfwang has emerged as the All Progressives Congress governorship candidate for Plateau State ahead of the 2027 general elections. He polled 233,335 votes in the party primary held in Jos. His main rival, retired Commodore Yilchini Bida, scored 3,070 votes. The state election committee chairman officially declared Mutfwang the winner after confirming he met all APC constitutional requirements.
