Osas Ighodaro Joins Star-Studded Global Action Comedy “Boyz Trip”

Osas Ighodaro has joined the cast of the South Africa-set action comedy “Boyz Trip,” now filming in Cape Town. The Nigerian actress and producer joins an international ensemble that includes Rome Flynn, Algee Smith, Desi Banks, Woody McClain and Hakeem Kae-Kazim. The plot follows four friends whose annual getaway spirals into international chaos. Emmy-nominated composers Kareem James and Marcus Ash are scoring the film, which is slated for a 2026 release.

It's interesting they filmed in Cape Town but still feature mostly non-South African leads, aside from Hakeem Kae-Kazim. Wonder about local representation here.

If you're new to her work, catch one of Osas's previous films before Boyz Trip to appreciate her growth as a producer.
