Is Rarely Falling Sick More About Daily Habits Than Luck?

People who rarely fall sick may not simply be lucky. Genetics and environmental factors matter, but daily habits also shape how well the body copes with stress and illness. Consistent sleep, balanced meals, regular movement, hydration and stress management can support overall health. In contrast, poor sleep, inactivity and highly processed food can leave many people feeling constantly tired or run-down. This does not mean every illness is caused by lifestyle choices. Some conditions are beyond anyone’s control. Still, it is worth asking whether we focus too much on quick fixes while ignoring the ordinary habits that can make a lasting difference. Do you think good health is mostly luck, genetics or the result of everyday choices?
