Usor Stars as LASK End 61-Year Wait with Austrian Cup Triumph
Moses Usor struck for the third game in a row as LASK secured a 4-2 extra-time win over Altach to claim the Austrian Cup. Altach opened the scoring inside five minutes before Usor levelled six minutes later. Vesel Demaku restored Altach’s lead just before half-time, but Samuel Adeniran brought LASK back on terms in the 66th minute. With no further goals in normal time, extra time saw George Bello and Adeniran put LASK ahead. The victory ended a 61-year trophy drought for the Linz side.
