Kitiya recalls that Obi recognised him immediately. In a private chat at Eko Hotel, he warned Obi that some Lagos supporters had been bought. He says he told Obi he would return if the Labour Party left the Atiku camp. Confused by Obi’s direction, he later joined the APC in Adamawa State.
