Desabre: DR Congo Ready to Test England in World Cup Round of 16

DR Congo head coach Sebastian Desabre insists his side will pose a real challenge to England despite the gap in rankings. Speaking ahead of the Round of 16 match in Atlanta, Desabre acknowledged England sit fourth in the world while Congo are 41st. He stressed that past victories over higher-ranked teams have proved nothing is impossible. Desabre highlighted his team’s strengths and commitment. “We will be selfless and proudly defend the colours of Congo with our abilities and motivation,” he said, drawing inspiration from earlier upsets in the tournament.
