MC Oluomo Appoints Caretaker Committee as Osun NURTW Leadership Crisis Deepens

NURTW National President Musiliu Ayinde Akinsanya, popularly known as MC Oluomo, has approved a seven-member caretaker committee to manage the union’s affairs in Osun State amid an ongoing leadership crisis. The union said earlier efforts by Deputy National President Isa Ore to engage the state chairman and executive council did not yield a response. It added that reports indicated the chairman was unavailable, raising concerns about a leadership vacuum in the state council. Kazeem Oyewale will lead the caretaker committee, alongside Lukman Hammed, Sunday Bummi Oludare, Ayinde Mutiu Olakunle, Adebayo Tajudeen, Ismaila Raimi and Tajudeen Akeem. The committee is expected to handle daily administration, maintain peace among members and oversee the council pending the appointment of substantive leaders.
