Ice Prince Reveals He Spent ₦340 Million on Weed Before Quitting Smoking — 1 of 2
1 / 2

Nigerian rapper Ice Prince opened up on a popular podcast about quitting smoking. He said that between 2020 and 2026 he spent ₦340 million on weed from just one dealer, excluding purchases from others in Abuja, Jos, Ghana and London. The habit, he admitted, was a huge financial drain. He also described the lifestyle changes that followed. He cut out sugar, alcohol, energy drinks, soda, bread and water. He now reads an hour daily, sleeps six to seven hours, practices celibacy and has never used drugs or supplements. His journey comes as several other celebrities—from Toke Makinwa and Mercy Johnson to BBNaija’s Tacha, Chioma Davido, Warri Pikin, Eniola Badmus and Teni—share their own weight-loss and health transformations.
