The National Institute of Credit Administration (NICA) invites HND/BSc graduates to join its 2026 Graduate Trainee Programme in Lagos. This three-month contract offers a ₦150,000 monthly allowance (₦450,000 total) and hands-on training with the Membership Services Department. Trainees will mobilize professionals, MSMEs, youths, and women to join NICA. You will represent the institute at events, schools, and corporate drives, and educate Nigerians on credit management and NICA certifications. Top performers may earn full-time roles as Membership Drive Executives. To qualify, you must be 22–35 years old, have completed NYSC, possess strong communication and sales skills, and reside around Lekki, Ajah, Badore, Ado Road, Ogombo, Victoria Island, Ikoyi, or Lagos Island.
