Victims Expose Zirconia Agency’s Multi-Million Naira Immigration Scam
In August 2023, clients paid a combined ₦2.5 million upfront to Zirconia Agency for verified Canadian job offers. The agency, led by Chioma Victoria Igbokwue, later demanded an additional ₦7.5 million before relocation left clients stranded. When victims contacted the Canadian firm named on the letters, they discovered the documents were forged. The agency’s office was vacated and its managers, including former staffer Isi Erhabor, vanished soon after. Clients report that police treated the case as a civil dispute, preventing criminal investigation. With legal costs out of reach, affected parties now share their evidence to warn others about this deliberate fraud.
