Ebube Muonso Brightens Lives of Nkwelle Ezunaka’s Elderly with Food and Cash Support
Fr Emmanuel Obimma, known as Ebube Muonso, brought joy to hundreds of senior citizens in Nkwelle Ezunaka by distributing bags of rice and monthly cash allowances at the Town Hall. This outreach has run for almost four years and extends to other communities both within and outside Nigeria. He says caring for the elderly is a lifelong mission born from deep respect for those who have served society. Beneficiaries, including retired priests, receive food items and financial support to meet their daily needs. As his 90-Day Prayer March programme nears its grand finale, the ministry has dedicated this week to charity. Next week will see a ₦50 million hospital intervention to settle medical bills for patients in need. Elderly residents showered the cleric with prayers and heartfelt thanks. They urged young people to honour and support older generations, praising the positive impact of his ministry.
