Scammed by Riglance Car Loan – How Can I Recover ₦1,045,000?

Scammed by Riglance Car Loan – How Can I Recover ₦1,045,000? — 1 of 4
1 / 4

I was defrauded after applying for a car loan through Riglance. My Wema Bank account (No. 0272736069) was accessed without authorization and ₦1,045,000 was transferred to Adeniran Oluwatosinmile Adebanjo at Nombank Microfinance Bank (Acc. No. 3834779694). I’ve reported the fraud to the bank but need advice on how to follow up. I want to know how to trace and recover the funds, and how to get the beneficiary account frozen pending investigation. Any legal or practical guidance from members who’ve handled similar cases would be greatly appreciated. I can share transaction details and alerts on request.

It's odd Riglance and the microfinance bank allowed over ₦1,045,000 to move without extra authentication checks.

Is it fair to place all blame on Riglance when personal account details could have been compromised elsewhere?

Contact your bank's fraud department immediately, freeze that Wema Bank account, and follow up with a formal police report copy for legal support.
