LSSTF Empowers Lagos Security Operatives with Ethics and Collaboration Training
The Lagos State Security Trust Fund wrapped up its statewide Inter-Agency Training Programme on May 21, awarding certificates and special incentives to participants. The two-day programme brought together operatives from law enforcement, emergency management, paramilitary, and safety agencies across Lagos State. The intensive sessions covered ethical professionalism, emotional intelligence, public diplomacy, financial management, and strategies for effective inter-agency collaboration. A highlight was the five-module lecture by Dr Wale Adeagbo of the Halogen Group, who stressed intelligence sharing, strategic coordination, and accountability in modern security operations. Participants also learned practical steps to enhance citizens’ experience, from crafting clear community-focused visions to capturing real-time feedback and measuring impact. Ten officers were recognised for their punctuality with cash awards, underscoring LSSTF’s emphasis on discipline, dedication, and a positive institutional culture.
