You’ll design SOPs, monitor key performance metrics, and drive real-time dispatch, fleet coordination, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction. You will turn our pre-launch vision into a scalable, market-leading reality. You should have at least 5 years in logistics or operations management, including 3 years in senior leadership roles within transportation or mobility tech. A bachelor’s degree is required, and an MBA is a plus. Strong strategic thinking, SOP design, KPI reporting, and team-building skills are essential.
