El-Rufai Rejects ICPC Allegations, Demands Retraction Over Court Order Dispute

The rebuttal accuses the ICPC of denying his physician access, unilaterally changing his hospital appointment time and ignoring an April 1 order that ensured his medical care while in custody. El-Rufai insists he complied with all legal requirements and warns that any further restriction could lead to contempt proceedings. The statement also demands the immediate release of his personal doctor, questions alleged false statements against Prof. Abubakar and calls on the ICPC to retract its July 7 assertion. El-Rufai reaffirms his commitment to a fair trial and proper medical treatment under the law.
