Shipping Nightmare: Over 40 TEMU Orders Marked Delivered But Missing
In March, I ordered 89 items on TEMU, mostly shipped via consolidation from China. Two parcels arrived late: a manual teen scooter from Speedaf and a music punch box from TMM. TEMU promised delivery by April 7, 2026, plus a ₦1,600 voucher for late items. By April 25, only those two parcels had arrived out of 89. Speedaf’s app falsely marked all packages as delivered. Repeated calls and messages to Speedaf’s Lagos and Calabar offices went unanswered by real staff. Local agents claimed my items were in Calabar and urged me to pick them up in Ikom—a four-hour drive from Ugep in Yakurr LGA. When I visited their Calabar office, no one could show proof of delivery or the driver’s details. I’ve reported the issue to TEMU support and feel this may be a scam by some Speedaf agents. Awaiting resolution. To be continued…
