I met a girl in a Facebook relationship group. She was slim and beautiful, so I sent a friend request. She accepted but always read my messages without replying. After two days of being ignored, I activated 24-hour disappearing messages and added “NR” (No Reply) to her display name. I thought it would protect my chats if she decided to reply later. When she noticed, she asked why I changed the settings and renamed her. I ignored her questions and made up my mind not to respond further. Since then she’s been insulting me with long messages, so I blocked her. I’m confused—was I wrong to set disappearing messages and tag her as “NR”?
