Priscilla Ojo and Juma Jux Celebrate First Tradiversary

Priscilla Ojo and Juma Jux Celebrate First Tradiversary — 1 of 4
1 / 4

It’s been a year since Priscilla Ojo and Juma Jux danced before their elders at their traditional wedding. To mark their first tradiversary, Priscilla shared a throwback video and declared “365 days since we danced before our elders. Forever to go. A day to remember.” The couple’s wedding journey began with an introduction in Tanzania, followed by a civil ceremony just before Valentine’s Day. In April, they held their Nigerian traditional wedding, attracted high-profile guests, then enjoyed a white-beach ceremony in Lagos and a grand finale back in Tanzania. On August 24, they welcomed their son, Prince Raheem Ayomide Mkambala. Over the year, Juma Jux surprised Priscilla with a boat cruise and her dream watch in Dubai. In interviews, she’s reflected on meeting him in Rwanda and how a happy home starts with simple joys like a full stomach.

It's sweet to replay the wedding dance, but doing the exact same routine every year might feel repetitive rather than fresh.
