It aimed to deepen leadership capacity and expand economic opportunities for women across industries. The session, themed “Sharing Growth: An Evening of Relaxation & Reflection,” took place at GAIA Africa’s Victoria Island office. Participants shared insights and built professional connections. Informal exchanges sparked ideas for innovation and collaboration. MTN’s Chief Marketing Officer highlighted the role of mutual support in advancing women’s careers. GAIA Africa’s General Manager urged attendees to value connection and reflection. Both speakers called for sustained advocacy for women’s advancement beyond one-off events.
