AMVCA 2026: The Women Who Dominated the Red Carpet in Stunning Fashion
The 12th Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards at Eko Hotel showcased some of the night’s most memorable style moments. Osas Ighodaro dazzled in two custom Veekee James gowns: a sculptural crimson column dress edged with crystal bands and a silver ball gown built from 400 metal sponges. Nana Akua Addo turned heads in three looks—a Gothic cathedral-inspired gown, a Living Stone mermaid dress crafted from earthy textures and an aquatic spiral fish scale ensemble complete with a fish-shaped beaded clutch. Linda Ejiofor-Suleiman swept the awards ceremony in a floor-length emerald green metallic gown adorned with 3D floral appliqués, beaded fringe and delicate butterflies. Other standouts included Uche Jombo in white beads, Tomi Ojo in textured blue and AMVCA Trailblazer winner Uche Montana in vibrant red feathers.
