The Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry invites applications for a Manager of Sales & Marketing (Facilities & Events). This key role drives revenue growth and positions our premium event venues as top corporate destinations in Lagos. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Programs & Facilities, you will lead sales initiatives, manage client relationships, and support strategic projects. Responsibilities include developing data-driven sales and marketing plans, achieving revenue targets, and overseeing occupancy rates. You will build a robust client pipeline, negotiate high-value deals, and deliver compelling proposals. You will also design integrated marketing campaigns and enhance LCCI’s brand visibility. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. You need 8–10 years of sales and business development experience, including at least 2–3 years in a leadership role. Experience in marquee sales or facility marketing is a plus. If you are a results-oriented professional with strong commercial acumen, submit your CV to the Lagos Chamber recruitment team by April 7, 2026. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. Are we sure focusing only on corporate clients is enough? Branching into private or community events might boost venue bookings more sustainably.
