Third UK-Based Nigerian Worker Found Dead in April

On April 18, 37-year-old Ademola Oke was discovered unresponsive at his workplace in the United Kingdom. He had left home healthy and stayed in touch with his wife throughout the day. Later that evening, a colleague arriving for a night shift found him seated on a sofa and unresponsive. Emergency services were called immediately, but he was pronounced dead at the scene. Ademola is survived by his 31-year-old wife and their two children, aged six and two. A close family friend has launched a fundraiser to support the family. This marks the third sudden death of a UK-based Nigerian in April.
