Tinubu Warns Interior Minister Tunji-Ojo Against Ondo APC Interference

The president convened a closed-door meeting in Lagos attended by APC National Chairman Prof. Nentawe Yilwatda to address the matter. During the session, Tinubu reminded Tunji-Ojo of his ministerial duties and referenced the minister’s recent interview on a national television station, which was viewed as disrupting party harmony in Ondo. He advised him to focus on running the Interior Ministry and to leave political disputes to the party’s internal structures. The development comes as APC members in Ondo State continue to debate leadership roles and organizational strategies within the ruling party.
