Join Our Team as HSE & Facility Officer in Chemical Manufacturing
We are recruiting an experienced HSE & Facility Officer for our chemical manufacturing operation. In this hands-on role, you will manage safety compliance and NAFDAC regulatory processes across all facilities. Key responsibilities include conducting safety inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations and HSE trainings. You will oversee PPE usage, environmental practices, regulatory documentation and facility maintenance, as well as support internal and external audits. Applicants should hold a degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related fields, with 3–5 years of HSE experience in the chemical or manufacturing industry. NEBOSH, IOSH or OSHA certification and direct NAFDAC regulatory experience are mandatory. Familiarity with ISO 9001 and strong report-writing skills are an advantage.
