Daddy Freeze Fires Back at EFCC Arrest Calls over Blessing CEO Interview

Nigerian media personality Daddy Freeze has hit back at calls for the EFCC to arrest him following his live chat with Blessing CEO. He insists he never solicited or collected donations on her behalf. During the Instagram session, Blessing claimed she was battling breast cancer and shared a medical report. Freeze says he believed her because cancer is a serious disease. The same document was later exposed as fake. The Delta State branch of the Nigerian Medical Association confirmed the doctor named on the report never issued it. The association has urged authorities to investigate the forgery and protect the public. After the controversy, Blessing and her partner deactivated their Instagram accounts. Many still await an EFCC investigation despite Freeze’s denial of any fundraising role.
