Why Do Non-Black Men Rarely Date Black Women?
I’ve traveled extensively and spoken with Black women in my family and among my remote colleagues abroad. We’ve all noticed a similar pattern. When some white men date outside their race, they often choose Asian, Indian or Latina partners. It feels uncommon for them to choose Black women. We value our beauty, confidence and intelligence. Many of my friends are educated, well-spoken and well-mannered, yet they still struggle to attract foreign partners. What barriers or perceptions might explain this trend? I’d love to hear your perspectives.
