Ndidi Confident Nigeria Will Challenge Portugal in Lisbon Friendly
Super Eagles captain Wilfred Ndidi has declared that Nigeria will go all out for victory when they face Portugal in their international friendly on June 10. Speaking after the 2-2 draw with Poland, Ndidi praised coach Eric Chelle’s attacking philosophy and said the team will maintain the same fearless approach against the Portuguese side. “We always try as much as possible to get a win in every game,” he explained. Ndidi, who played the full 90 minutes against Poland, insists the Super Eagles dominated that match and deserved all three points. He hopes that belief will carry into the showdown at the stadium in Leiria.
