Junior IT Support Officer (On-site) – Maryland, Lagos

We are seeking a Junior IT Support Officer for our Maryland, Lagos office. This full-time, on-site role offers a monthly salary of ₦100,000 (net). You will provide technical assistance for computer hardware and software. You will resolve staff issues via phone, in person or electronically. Duties include installing, configuring and updating systems, troubleshooting network faults, and performing maintenance upgrades. You will manage user accounts, document support requests and maintain an accurate asset inventory. You will collaborate with all departments to ensure smooth daily operations and that every team has the tools they need. Qualifications: B.Sc. or HND in a relevant field. 0–2 years of IT support experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Contact center or BPO experience is an advantage.
