I’ve noticed since childhood that many cooked dishes—especially soups—taste sweeter and more enjoyable when reheated the next day. My favourite is Egusi soup. On day one I barely eat it, but when I warm it up the next day the flavour changes, and I always wish there was more. Food lovers, have you experienced this?
