You will enforce HACCP and GMP food safety protocols, oversee hygiene practices, and handle inventory counts to reduce waste. The role requires an HND or BSc in Food Science, Microbiology, Business Administration, or a related field. You should have 1–2 years of experience in food manufacturing, strong Excel skills, high hygiene awareness, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
