Exciting Opportunity: Corporate Commercial Lawyer & Company Secretary

Adesokan & Ajayi LP, a full-service commercial law firm in Lagos, seeks a skilled lawyer to join our Corporate & Commercial Practice Group. You will lead transactional, regulatory and advisory work for domestic and international clients, focusing on corporate governance, commercial contracting and company secretarial duties. Candidates must hold an LL.B from a recognized university and a B.L from the Nigerian Law School, with 3–7 years post-call experience in a reputable commercial firm. You should have proven expertise in board administration, CAC filings and CAMA 2020 compliance. Experience with cross-border structures is an advantage. Membership of the Nigerian Bar Association in good standing is required. Progress toward ICSAN accreditation is desirable. We offer exposure to high-value mandates, a collaborative environment and competitive remuneration. High-performing candidates will follow a clear path to partnership consideration.
