Lawyer Demands N83.3m from PWAN Group Over Failed Investment Deal

A legal practitioner has issued a demand notice to PWAN Group Limited for N83.3 million on behalf of his client. His client, Dhairmistress Luxury Hair, entered a buy-to-sell agreement expecting an N88.3 million return on investment. To date, only N5 million has been paid. The firm allegedly issued several cheques that were dishonoured upon presentation. The outstanding balance remains N83,300,000.
