16 Years of PDP vs 12 Years of APC: Who’s Really Failing Nigeria?

Each time I hear APC supporters call 16 years of PDP rule a total failure, I wonder if they’ve thought it through. In reality, those 16 years saw more progress than the 12 years of “famine” under APC. Look at today’s government. I'm not convinced that fewer years under APC means worse performance; shorter terms can deliver focused reforms too.
