Northern Youth Frontiers Backs Tinubu, Rejects ‘Entitlement Politics’

The Northern Youth Frontiers has condemned recent comments that portray the region’s political support as a ‘gang’ and reaffirmed its commitment to fair power rotation. The group described remarks attributed to Dele Momodu as an insult to the North’s political maturity. It warned against rhetoric that fuels regional tension. NYF stressed the unwritten agreement on power rotation between North and South. It pledged full support for President Tinubu’s second term bid in 2027. The statement also criticised entrenched elites and called for fresh leadership to tackle poverty, insecurity, and underdevelopment.
