Urgent Recall: Krispy Kreme World Cup Doughnuts May Contain Undeclared Hazelnuts

Krispy Kreme has recalled certain World Cup–themed doughnuts after finding undeclared hazelnut filling that poses a risk to customers with nut allergies. The recall covers individual Pitch Perfect Doughnuts sold on June 19 and 20, and Matchday Dozen boxes with best-before dates of June 21 and 22. Affected items were available at outlets in Peterborough, Peterborough Queensgate, Leicester, Nottingham, Ipswich, Norwich and Cambridge. Customers with hazelnut allergies are advised not to consume these products and to contact customer service for a refund with proof of purchase. This recall follows a series of World Cup–themed launches by several food and beverage brands.
