The Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security invites qualified consultants to apply for technical roles under its IFAD-assisted Livelihood Improvement Family Enterprise (LIFE-ND) project and the Special Agro-Industrial Processing Zones (SAPZ) program at national and state levels. National positions include Project Accountant and Technical Assistants for Gender & Social Safeguards and Rural Institutions Development, based in Kano and Ogun (deadline: 17 July 2026). State roles in Edo cover Knowledge Management & Communication, Rural Infrastructure, Internal Audit, Monitoring & Evaluation, and Procurement (deadline: 21 July 2026). Applicants must submit a CV, details of similar assignments, a two-page technical proposal, and a two-page financial proposal. Selection follows IFAD’s consultant procurement guidelines, with candidates scored on qualifications, methodology, project experience, donor-funded assignments, and English communication skills. Expressions of interest should be delivered in person to the National Program Coordinator at the Federal Ministry office in Abuja during office hours. Only consultants scoring 75+ points will be considered; late submissions will not be accepted.
