Kaduna Cleric Ahmad Umar Says DSS Invited Him for Questions, Not Detained
In a post on his social media page, Sheikh Ahmed Tijjani Umar denied reports that he had been arrested by the Department of State Services after hosting former presidential candidate Peter Obi in Kaduna. He said he was only invited for questioning and was never mistreated. Umar added that he cooperated fully with the security agency and was released shortly thereafter.
