Righteousness: Living Right With God and Others

Righteousness is more than a religious label. It means living in a right relationship with God and showing that faith through the way we treat others. We are made right with God by grace through faith in Jesus Christ, not by personal effort. However, genuine faith should produce integrity, honesty and a willingness to do what is right even when it is difficult. Righteousness must also be seen in good deeds. Christians are called to care for people in need, keep their word and let their actions reflect the faith they profess. Faith without compassionate action is incomplete. If you want to begin a relationship with Christ, sincerely commit your life to Him and grow in a Bible-believing church. May God give us the grace to live rightly before Him and others.
