On a radio podcast, the 66-year-old filmmaker lamented that newcomers often carry an “I have arrived” mentality and refuse to greet senior colleagues. He also criticised their preparation, claiming some only read scripts once they reach the set. Asiegbu stressed that true growth in acting comes with experience and that performance improves over time.
