Biodun Stephen Says Nollywood Producers Are Not Responsible for an Actor’s Marriage

Filmmaker Biodun Stephen has responded to criticism over kissing scenes in Nollywood. She said it is not a producer’s job to protect an actor’s marriage, adding that such decisions are usually discussed before filming. According to her, some actors reject intimate scenes because of personal beliefs, while others are comfortable with them. She said producers and directors should focus on protecting actors on set and presenting the story professionally.
