Strengthening Christian Homes: Lessons from Ephesians 5:21–6:9

This passage calls Christians to mutual submission and reverence for Christ in every relationship. It describes marriage as a partnership: wives are asked to respect their husbands, and husbands are commanded to love their wives sacrificially, just as Christ loves the church. Children are urged to obey and honour their parents, while fathers are warned against exasperating them and instead to nurture them in godly instruction. Finally, those in service roles are shown to serve sincerely as if serving Christ, and masters are reminded to treat them fairly, knowing God shows no favoritism.
