Hero of Democracy Missing from NADECO Signatories: Where Is Pablo?

I was reviewing the list of NADECO signatories in Nigerian history. It includes 48 notable names, such as Chief Michael Adekunle Ajasin, Dr. Beko Ransome-Kuti, Chief Anthony Enahoro and many others. Yet I noticed one key figure—Pablo—is nowhere to be found. Why is the so-called Hero of Democracy not listed among these signatories? Was his name omitted by mistake or is there another reason behind this exclusion? I welcome any insights or historical evidence that can explain why Pablo’s signature does not appear on the official NADECO roster.

What factors could explain Pablo's absence from those NADECO signatories, despite his reputed contributions to democracy?

You're right, that gap is curious. Maybe he sat it out over strategy or personal principles at the time.

Maybe we overstate his impact; NADECO list seems to focus on official signers, not informal supporters.

Most sources list 48 signatories, yet I haven't seen credible evidence linking Pablo to any NADECO petitions or declarations.

I'm not convinced he did more than rumors suggest; absence from the official list tells its own story.

Maybe someone should compare archives and interview surviving members to clarify how the list was finalized.
