Perez Hilton’s mother, Teresita Lavandeira, has reportedly filed for temporary custody of his three children following his recent mental-health crisis. Court documents state that she requested the case records be sealed to protect the children from further trauma. Perez reportedly consented to the arrangement, allowing his mother to make temporary decisions about their schooling and medical and dental care. The filing comes about a week after he was hospitalised following a self-harm incident during a livestream. His family said he was in serious but stable condition.
