APC Bars House of Reps Aspirants in Ondo, Bauchi, Ebonyi, Kogi and Rivers

The All Progressives Congress has marked several House of Representatives aspirants as “not cleared” in Ondo, Bauchi, Ebonyi, Kogi and Rivers ahead of its 2027 primaries. Notable disqualified names include Hon. Adefisoye Tajudeen, Dr. Bashir Ibrahim Bello, Hon. Idu Igariwe and Hon. Boma Goodhead. The party released no specific reasons for their status. In Katsina State, Jamila Mani won the APC primary for Mani/Bindawa Federal Constituency. Meanwhile in Adamawa, direct primaries stalled in Girei, Yola North and Yola South after officials failed to show up.
