Jim Iyke: Paying to See Your Partner Is Prostitution, Not Love

Jim Iyke: Paying to See Your Partner Is Prostitution, Not Love — 1 of 2
1 / 2

Nollywood star Jim Iyke has stirred conversation with a candid message to men. On his recent Instagram story, he said that if you pay every time to see your partner, “that’s prostitution, not a relationship.” He advised men focused on building an empire to choose a supportive “queen” rather than a woman chasing attention. Although Iyke keeps his private life under wraps, he has been married twice and is father to three children. In earlier interviews, Iyke took responsibility for his first marriage ending after his mother’s death affected him deeply. He also opened up about his on-screen romance with Ghanaian actress Nadia Buari, revealing their proposal was scripted for ratings and explaining the context behind his viral “Who’s that?” remark.

Maybe couples could set budget-friendly routines like cooking at home or sharing travel costs instead of always relying on one partner.
