Help Needed: Correcting Name on EKSU Certificate

I recently graduated from Ekiti State University with four names on my student portal, but my JAMB and WAEC records show only three. My certificate is almost ready, and the portal information will be used for printing. I’m worried that carrying an extra name could cause issues during NYSC registration. Has anyone faced this at EKSU? How did the university handle name corrections after graduation? Is it possible to remove or change a name so the certificate matches my exam records?
