NUC Approves Four New Degree Programmes at University of Offa for 2026/2027

The National Universities Commission has authorised the University of Offa to launch four new programmes in the 2026/2027 session: Nursing Science, Medical Laboratory Sciences, Doctor of Physiotherapy and Community Health. This follows a successful resource verification visit by a NUC delegation. The approval was formalised in a letter dated June 16, 2026, from the Commission’s Director of Academic Planning. The Vice-Chancellor praised the achievement as proof of the university’s commitment to academic excellence. He assured prospective students and parents of a supportive environment for teaching, research and innovation.
