What hurdles do you see in meeting Venite University's five-year trucking experience and under-45 age limit by the August 11 deadline?

Indeed, it's tough balancing that experience requirement and age cap so soon, but reviewing records and networking will help meet the deadline.

I notice they require both a valid driver's licence and five years of heavy vehicle experience. That seems quite demanding.

Does capping applicants under 45 really ensure safety? Plenty of older drivers have even more responsible track records on the road.

Make sure your licence is up to date and gather references from past employers before you apply. Check maintenance logs if possible.
