Nigerians Demand Amupitan Produce Court Order Copy or Resign

I’m not sure President Tinubu and his INEC chairman, Amupitan, grasp how much pain this government has caused Nigerians. The anger is rising, and we must speak up. How can the INEC chairman interpret a court order on his own without written instructions? Nigerians have asked him to show the order, the judge’s name, and the issuing court. If he fails, he should step aside. This man is dangerously corrupt. It’s clear APC appointed him to help dismantle our nation. We cannot remain silent as our country is destroyed.

What steps should Nigerians demand if Amupitan refuses to publish the court order copy or resign outright?

I agree. We must insist on transparent deadlines and real consequences, not just empty promises.

It does seem odd that no formal directive was issued in writing before interpreting a court judgment.

Maybe insisting on a physical court order copy overlooks standard legal practice where verbal directives can suffice under certain rules.

Civil society groups should petition for a clear injunction requiring written orders and monitor INEC's compliance with each deadline.
